Warm Brie with Raspberry Preserves and Almonds
Delightful and favorite appetizer: Warm Brie with Raspberry Preserves and Almonds
- 3 Tbsp. almonds sliced
- 8 oz brie cheese round
- 1/4 C. jam raspberry preserves
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place brie in a small baking pan, rind still on. If you don't like the taste of the rind, slice the top of the rind off while it's still chilled from the refrigerator.
- Spread top of brie with preserves or jam and top with sliced almonds.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with GF crackers or sliced rounds of GF baguettes.
Serve with sides of apple slices or grapes!
