Veggie Burger
Veggie burger Plus! No bun, no problem, mound this delightful mixture of health over rice for a heart-y meal.
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado(s) diced
- 1/4 C. black beans canned
- 1/2 C. brown rice cooked
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 C. corn
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 g.f. frozen veggie burgers cook and cut into bite size pieces
- lettuce romaine
- 1 Tbsp. red onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 C. spinach shredded
- 1/2 yellow squash
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and pour over rice or mix rice in with it all.
