Super Quick Guacamole Recipe
Healthy fat avos and yummy dip!!
Ingredients
- 4 avocado skins and pits removed
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin ground
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. red onion chopped (place in water for 5 minutes to get rid of bite)
- 1 Tbsp. salsa
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork or potato masher. Mix in the lime juice, onion, cumin, salt, pepper to taste. Add salsa.
Tip
Chips aren't the only choice for dippin'. Try Carrots, cucumbers or broccoli
