Spring Roll Snack
Ingredients
- 1 carrot(s) sliced or shredded
- 1 leaf lettuce romaine
- shrimp cooked
- 1 spring roll wrapper, rice flour soak rice flour wrapper
- tofu
Instructions
- Soak rice flour spring roll wrapper in bowl of warm water for a minute or less, then fill with cooked shrimp and sliced carrots. Wrap and dip in wheat free tamari or coconut aminos.
