Pumpkin Smoothie
Pumpkin pie in a glass. Thick rich taste of pumpkin and spices any time of the year.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 C. coconut yogurt
- 1 C. greek yogurt
- ice cubes handful
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1/4 C. non-dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp. nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew
- protein powder
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 C. pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp. rice protein powder
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
