Grilled Turkey Sandwich with Gouda Cheese
Turkey melt with hint of smokiness. Big yum. Can use any cheese you enjoy.
- 2 pieces g.f. bread
- 1 slice non-dairy cheese
- 1 slice smoked gouda cheese
- 1/4 C. spinach
- 2 deli slices turkey breast
- Heat a non-stick skillet or coat a skillet with with vegetable cooking spray. Or use your panini maker, can skip heating the turkey first.
- Heat turkey in skillet for 1 minute, remove. Spread one side of bread with butter or oil, place bread with butter or oil side down in pan, top with turkey, cheese, and spinach and top with other piece of bread. Grill until browned. Flip over and grill on other side till brown.
