Greg's No-Cook Applesauce
So easy and fast, no cooking the apples. Fresh, fiber and dee-licious. Serve as a side or over pancakes, with muffins or a quick snack.
- 4 apple(s) Red delicious, washed, cored, quartered (leave skin on)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp. cloves ground
- 1/4 C. coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
- 1/4 C. yogurt Vanilla
- Process apples (skin on if organic) in blender or food processor until chunky.
- Add yogurt, cinnamon, cloves and sunflower seeds. Blend until smooth. Chill.
