Grain Free Pie Crust
Great g.f. and grain-free crust for pies, tortes or cakes.
Ingredients
- 1 C dates pitted (about 8-10 dates) - (FODMAP)
- 2 C. walnuts or Pecans
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- sea salt Dash
Instructions
- Pulse in food processor or blender until mealy. Press into bottom and up sides pie or cakepan. No baking necessary before adding the filling.
Tip
Use 1 C. less of nuts if only putting on bottom of a pan.
