GFP All-Purpose Flour Mixture
Your go-to flour blend for baking or cooking. Works like a charm.
Ingredients
- 6 C. sorghum flour may replace with 2 C brown rice and 4 C. white rice flours if they are easier to find)
- 3 C. tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 C. potato starch
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 5 Tbsp. xanthan gum
- 3 Tbsp. powdered milk (optional), non-fat dry powdered milk is typically available - (FODMAP)
Instructions
- In a large bowl add all ingredients and whisk together so it is mixed well. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Tip
Store any unused package of flour/starch that was opened for the recipe in refrigerator as well.
Non-fat dry powdered milk is optional, but gives recipes a nice browned look and great flavor.
