- 1/2 bananas
- 3/4 C. cocoa powder unsweetened - (FODMAP)
- 8 pitted dates soak in water for 30 minutes till soft - (FODMAP)
- 1/2 tsp. g.f. vanilla extract
- 1 C. milk or milk substitute - (FODMAP)
- 1/2 C. nut butter
- sea salt pinch
- 1/2 C. pure cane sugar
- In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend or process until smooth. Refrigerate, then enjoy.
