Cafe Scramble
Quick and healthy tofu lovers scramble. If you never quite knew what to do with tofu, here’s a great recipe to experiment with.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. mushrooms sliced - (FODMAP)
- 1/2 C. italian sausage spicy, cooked and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. g.f. tamari
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted, add to tamari
- 1 C. tofu cubed
- 1 C. broccoli chopped
- 1/2 C. red onion chopped - (FODMAP)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and sauté in a skillet until the broccoli is bright green., about 5 minutes
