Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
- 3 C. broccoli raw, flowerettes, sliced thin
- 1/2 C. red onion diced - (FODMAP)
- 1/2 C. raisins - (FODMAP)
- 1/2 C. walnuts chopped
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. pure cane sugar
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar - (FODMAP)
Instructions
- Place broccoli, onion, raisins and walnuts in a small bowl.
- Dressing: Mix together mayo, sugar, vinegar. Pour over broccoli mix, salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
