Blackberry Coconut Shake
Time to table is nil, this delicious fruity shake never makes it there.
- 1 C. coconut milk unsweetened or milk of choice
- 1 bananas peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 1/2 C. blackberries organic - (FODMAP)
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 C. coconut ice cream - (FODMAP)
- Blend all ingredients till smooth.
