Basic Vinaigrette
Basic Vinaigrette dressing
Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- pinch sea salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Shake vigorously or stir with a wire whisk.
- Can be refrigerated for several days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Tip
Options:
- add 1/2 tsp dijon mustard or
- use lemon infused olive oil for a lemony flavor or
- add 2 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
