Apple Cinnamon Slices for Pancakes
Great filling for a Dutch Baby Pancake or on top of other pancakes.
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 apple(s) peeled and sliced thinly - (FODMAP)
- 2 Tbsp. pure cane sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon ground
- Melt butter in small frying pan. Add apples. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Slowly cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until slices are glazed and tender. Spoon into center of baked pancake or over flat pancakes..
